摘要
目的：探讨护理干预对降低中老年腹股沟斜疝修补术后便秘的影响。方法：将126例中老年腹股沟斜疝患者随机分为对照组和观察组各63例。对照组实施常规治疗、护理及健康教育，观察组在实施常规治疗、护理及健康教育的基础上进行全程系统的护理干预。结果：观察组术后便秘的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）结论：通过有效的护理干预，可以降低中老年腹股沟斜疝修补术后便秘的发生，减少术后并发症，有效降低复发率。
Objective ： Nursing intervention in elderly inguinal hernia repair in reducing the impact of postoperative constipation. Methods： 126 patients with inguinal hernia in elderly patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 63 cases. The implementation of the control group conventional treatment, care and health education in the observation group in the implementation of routine treatment, care and health education on the basis of the whole system of nursing interventions. Results ： The incidence of postoperative constipation was significantly lower than the control group （p 〈 0.05） Conclusion： The effective nursing intervention in elderly inguinal hernia repair can reduce the incidence of constipation after surgery, reduce postoperative complications and reduce the relapse rate.
