摘要
文章研究了耐热酚醛树脂和"2123"酚醛树脂作为金刚石砂轮结合剂的耐磨情况。磨削试验结果表明:耐热酚醛树脂粉制作的金刚石砂轮具有较好的耐磨性,所加工工件的表面质量优良。通过热性能、力学性能测试和磨削表面分析,找出了两种树脂砂轮耐磨性和磨削效率存在差异的原因,树脂耐热温度的高低、韧性直接影响砂轮的耐磨性;树脂的硬度对砂轮的磨削效率有影响。
The heat-resistant phenolic resin bond used for diamond grinding wheel is presented and is compared with another common used phenolic resin.Grinding experiment shows that the wear resistance and work piece surface quality of the heat-resistant phenolic resin bond diamond wheel are good.Through the research on the thermal,mechanics and grinding properties,the causes of the differences of wear resistance of two kinds of resin bond diamond wheels are analyzed.The results show that toughness and heat resistance of the resin affect directly on the wear resistance of the wheel,while the hardness affect the grinding efficiency.
