摘要
目的：为探讨缺铁性贫血（ＩＤＡ）时机体免疫及铁蛋白改变，测定了ＩＤＡ患者血清和骨髓ＩｇＧ，ＳＩｇＡ，铁蛋白（ＦＲＴ）和胃动素（ＭＴＬ）含量并讨论其临床意义．方法：ＩＤＡ患者２２例，男９例，女１３例，平均年龄３５．８岁．均经临床、周围血象和骨髓象检查确诊，并排除其它原因引起的缺铁性贫血．血清和骨髓ＩｇＧ，ＳＩｇＡ，ＦＲＴ和ＭＴＬ含量用放射免疫法测定，结果经统计学处理．结果：ＩＤＡ患者血清和骨髓所测各值无差异．与健康对照比较，ＩＤＡ患者血清ＩｇＧ（Ｐ＜０．０１）和ＳＩｇＡ（Ｐ＜０．０１）明显升高，而ＦＲＴ（Ｐ＜０．０１）明显降低，ＭＴＬ（Ｐ＞０．０５）无明显差异．ＩＤＡ患者血清ＩｇＧ和ＳＩｇＡ升高之间呈正相关（ｒ＝０．４６９１，Ｐ＜０．０５）．ＩＤＡ患者血清和骨髓中ＩｇＧ，ＳＩｇＡ，ＭＴＬ和ＦＲＴ含量无差异．结论：ＩＤＡ时血清ＩｇＧ和ＳＩｇＡ可明显升高，且两者升高呈正相关．提示测定ＩＤＡ患者血清ＩｇＧ，ＳＩｇＡ和ＦＲＴ含量有一定临床意义．
AIM: In order to study the variety of immunity and FRT in patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA), we detected the IgG, SIgA, FRT and MTL in serum and marrow in patients with IDA. METHODS: Twentytwo cases of IDA were studied, among whom 9 were male and 13 were female with an average age of 35.8 years. They were all diagnosed by blood and marrow examinations, and IDA caused by other diseases were excluded. RIA method was used to detect the IgG, SIgA, FRT and MTL. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the levels of IgG, SIgA, FRT and MTL in serum and marrow in patients with IDA. Compared with normal controls the IgG and SIgA were significantly increased (P<0.01),the FRT was significantly decreased (P<0.01),but the MTL had no obvious difference(P>0.05). The increased IgG had a positive correlation with the increased SIgA. CONCLUSION: In IDA patients, serum levels of IgG and SIgA are obviously increased, both of which are increased by positive correlation, and the detection of IgG,SIgA and FRT has some clinical significance.
