摘要
目的:探讨磁共振泌尿系水成像(MRU)技术的适应证及临床意义.方法:13例泌尿系疾病患者,在1.5T超导型MR扫描机上,用快速自旋回波重T2WI加权序列扫描,图像经最大强度投影法重建,病变部位加做常规磁共振成像T1WI及T2WI轴位及T1WI冠状位.结果:13例MRU影像均能满足诊断要求,其中11例对肾盂积水、输尿管扩张迂曲,狭窄及梗阻部位显示极好,只有2例单纯性血尿患者显示较差.结论:MRU特别适合尿路狭窄、梗阻及年龄大、体质差、碘过敏等不适宜静脉肾盂造影或静脉肾盂造影不显影的患者.常规磁共振轴位和冠状位成像便于观察肾脏外形,肾皮髓质结构,MRU结合MRI可提高病变定性诊断.
AIM: To evaluate the technical methods and clinical application of magnetic resonance urography (MRU). METHODS: 13 patients with urinary diseases were examined by 1.5 tesla MR machine using heavily T2 weighted turbo spinecho sequence with maximum intensity projection(MIP) method. T1W,T2W axial and T1W coronal imagings were made at the same position of the diseases. THZRESULTS: The imagings of all the 13 MRU were satisfactory for the diagnosis, of which 11 cases displayed clearly the position of the stricture and obstrution, dilatation and tortuosity and only 2 cases of hematuria with less satisfactory result. CONLUSION: MRU was suitable for the diagnosis of urecteral stricture and obstruction, especially in patients in old age or in poor health, and iodine allergy patients or IVP negative patients. The combination of MRU with MRI can improve the qualitative diagnosis as MRI can clearly display the renal contour and renal corticomedullary struction.
