摘要
目的 :为了进一步了解尼曼 -匹克病的病理变化。方法 :对 4例尼曼 -匹克病患者的肝、脾、淋巴结、骨髓及外周血标本作电镜观察。结果 :发现病变组织细胞内板层小体的形态呈多形性 ,同时伴有多种细胞器的变化。结论 :着重讨论了板层小体形成与粗面内质网。
Objective: To further understand the pathologic changes of Niemann Pick disease. Methods: The biopsy specimens of liver, spleen, lymph node, bone marrow in four patients with Niemman Pick disease were observed by electron microscopy. Results: The ultrastructural study showed that many lamellasomes were pleomorphic and the changes of most organellae were present in abnormal histiocytes. Conclusions: The relationship between the formation of lamellasomes and the alteration of the RER and Golgi complex was discussed.
