摘要
墨西哥的医疗保障制度由三大主体制度构成,分别覆盖公务员、正式就业人员、非正式就业和无业人员及其家庭成员。居民以户为单位参加不同的社会医疗保险制度、政府作为单一付费人为国民健康买单,以及有计划地对不同的社会医疗保险制度进行有机整合是可供我国医疗保障制度借鉴的经验。
The Mexico medical security system is composed of three main insurance schemes covering civil servants, permanent employees and people working in the informal sectors and the unemployed, and their families. Enrolling into different social health insurance schemes in the unit of household, governments acting as single payer of the health insurance system, and integrating fragmented social health insurance schemes step by step are the experiences which can be borrowed by China.
