摘要
建筑企业由于不可能一次性投入所有的原材料满足以后生产的需求,由此,建筑材料价格波动对工程造价产生很大的影响。而建筑材料成本在建设项目中的比重一般为60%以上,其中钢材作为建筑业的重要材料,价格走势更是变化无常。因此,研究如何控制建筑材料的成本不可避免的成为建设项目投资管理的重点。
Because the construction enterprise is impossible to invest all raw materials to satisfy the later production the demand disposably.From this,the building material price fluctuations have the very tremendous influence to the building cost of projects.But generally the building material cost in items of basic construction＇s proportion is above 60%,and the steel products take the architecture industry the important material,the price trend is constantly changing.Therefore,studies on how to control the cost of building materials inevitably become the focus of investment management of the construction projects
