摘要
国内斜井矿车防跑车装置各具特色,但因有电子元件,使得安装、调试、维护繁杂,抗尘、抗腐蚀性能差,性能不稳定等原因而难以推广。KFZ102矿车即时防跑车装置是纯机械装置,具有安装简便、维护方便、性能可靠、可实现即时抓捕等诸多优势,可广泛应用于各类矿井提升系统。
Tramcar anti-sliding devices in inclined shaft are different from one another,but their electronic components design suffers low performance in respect to installation,testing,debugging,maintenance,dust proof and anti-corrosion,which makes it hard to be widely applied in the industry.The instant anti-sliding device of KFZ102 tramcar,however,is wholly mechanical designed,which has so many advantages including simple installation,convenient maintenance,reliable performance and real time prompt catching,so it can be widely used in various mine hoisting systems.
