摘要
民办高校党组织在民办高校发展中发挥着政治核心作用。民办高校党组织正确定位,是民办高校健康发展的需要、师生员工全面发展的需要、党组织自身发展的需要。针对部分民办高校党组织定位不准的状况,民办高校党组织需要正确处理好国家、举办者和师生员工之间的关系,贯彻执行党的路线方针政策,支持民办高校发展,引导师生员工全面发展。
Party branches in private colleges and universities play a role of political core. Correct positioning of party branches in private colleges and universities is the urgent needs for healthy development of private colleges and universities, for comprehensive development of teachers and students and for self-development of party branches. To tackle the problem of improper positioning of party branches in private colleges and universities, party branches in private colleges and universities should deal correctly with the relationship among government, the school and teachers and students, implement the lines, principles and policies of the Party, support the development of private colleges and universities and guide the all-round development of teachers and students.
