沥青路面粗集料棱角性表征方法及技术标准 被引量:19

摘要 利用ASTM D3398-97试验方法的改进表征法计算了粗集料颗粒指数Iap,采用数字图像处理技术提出了粗集料半径法棱角性指数IArm和梯度法棱角性指数IAgm的计算公式;通过对2类沥青混凝土的常规与动三轴试验,分析了粗集料棱角性表征指标对沥青混凝土性能和抗剪参数的影响规律,建立了沥青混凝土性能、抗剪参数与粗集料颗粒指数Iap的相关关系,结合沥青混凝土路用性能要求,提出了沥青路面粗集料棱角性技术标准。分析结果表明:Iap与棱角性指数IA具有明显的线性相关性,其回归系数可用于由粗集料颗粒指数Iap换算成IArm和IAgm;所提出的粗集料棱角性技术标准可作为沥青路面施工技术规范修订建议,有利于提高石料企业加工粗集料的质量。 The coarse aggregate particle index Iap was computed by ASTM D3398-97 improving description method.Using digital image processing technology,the computing formulas of coarse aggregate angularity index of radius method IArm and the angularity index of grade method IAgm were proposed.Based on the common and dynamic triaxial tests of two types of asphalt concretes,the rules of influence of description index for coarse aggregate angularity on asphalt concrete performance and anti-shear parameter were analyzed.The correlations of the asphalt concrete performance,the anti-shear parameter and Iap were established.Combined with pavement performance demand of asphalt concrete,the technical standard of coarse aggregate angularity of asphalt pavements was proposed.Analysis results show that Iap and angularity index IA have obvious linear correlation and their coefficients can be used to transform Iap from IArm and IAgm.The proposed standard can be used as revision proposal of technical specification for asphalt pavement construction so that coarse aggregate quality crushed by stone plants is improved.
