摘要
采用双波长分光光度法测定愈美颗粒剂中愈创木酚甘油醚的含量。线性范围为３０～７０ μｇ／ｍ ｌ，平均回收率９９．６％ ，ＲＳＤ为０．４％ 。方法简便、准确。
Dual wavelength UV spectrophotometric method was adopted to determine the content of guaifenesin in Yu-Mei granules, which consisted of guaifensin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide. The average recovery was 99.8%, with RSD 0.4%.
