摘要
采用电荷转移络合－分光光度法，测定诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中诺氟沙星的含量。制剂中葡萄糖及其分解产物不干扰测定。平均回收率１００．４％ ，ＲＳＤ为０．８１％ 。
A charge transfer complex spectrophotometry method for determining norfloxacin in norfloxacin and glucose injection has been described. The method is based on a charge transfer reaction between norfloxacin and tetrachlorobenzoquinone in borax buffer solution to form a stable complex possessing maximum absorption wavelength of 377.6 nm, to avoid the interference of glucose and its decomposition products. The recovery was 100.4% (RSD 0.81%)
