摘要
抑郁症的防治已经引起世界的关注,由于长期服用化学合成抗抑郁药容易产生毒副作用,因此研究作用温和、副作用小的抗抑郁中药成为现代药物研究的一个方向。本文从抑郁症的中医病机、治疗抑郁症的单味中药及有效成分、治疗抑郁症的复方等角度入手,对国内外抗抑郁中药的研究现状进行了综述。
The prevention and treatment of depression have attracted more and more attention over the world.Because of the adverse effect and toxic effect brought by Long-term intake of chemical antidepressants,research on antidepressants of TCM with mild adverse effect has become a trend.This review base on pathogenesis of TCM,single and compound antidepressant TCM and their effective constituents,summarize the research status of antidepressants of TCM.
