摘要
介绍多功能泵的本质特性,即通过流量(位置)控制功能实现泵的多种功能的控制。介绍双阀芯比例阀的控制原理,并根据该阀的控制逻辑多样性提出一种全新的多功能泵的设计方案。利用AMES im建立该方案的仿真模型,对其进行恒流、恒压、恒功率控制仿真,仿真结果验证了该方案的可行性。
The essential character of multi-function pump was introduced,namely the multiple functions of the pump were realized by flow(position) control function.The principle of the two-spool proportional valve was introduced.A new design scheme of multi-function pump was advanced based on the variety of control logics of this valve.The model of the scheme was built by AMESim.By constant-flow control simulation,constant-pressure control simulation and constant-power control simulation,the feasibility of the scheme was validated.
