摘要
基于新产品开发的视角,探索整合产品设计的内涵、作用及实现途径。在资源依赖理论和信息过程理论的基础上,阐述了新产品设计中整合活动的必要性。现代设计整合主要包括企业内部设计—制造—市场跨职能整合,以及企业外部设计链整合。整合设计的作用在于促进产品和设计经营模式创新,增强了设计组织的核心能力,提出了设计管理支持、早期参与、跨功能团队、沟通与信息共享是有效实现整合设计的机制。
Based on the view of new product development,it explored the meaning,value and mechanism of integrated design.With the theoretical background of resource dependency theory and information processing theory,it described the necessary of integrated activity in new product design.Integrated design included internal cross-functional integration such as design-manufacturing-marketing integration,and external design chain integration.The role of integrated design was firstly to promote product innovation,and then to promote design service business model innovation,thus to enhance design organization core competencies.Finally it put forward an effective mechanism to achieve design integration including design management support,early involvement,cross-functional team,communica-tion and information sharing.
