新型苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)防水涂料的制备 被引量:2

摘要 通过实验制备一种耐水性强、附着力大、热稳定性好、无毒、环保、价格适宜且制作工艺简单的防水涂料。对不同类型的增黏树脂和溶剂进行了筛选,研究了溶剂比例、增黏树脂比例、反应时间和温度对苯乙烯–丁二烯–苯乙烯(SBS)防水涂料的吸水率和附着力的影响,获得了最佳工艺条件:萜烯树脂与石油树脂的质量比为3∶1,乙酸乙酯和甲苯的混合溶液与120#汽油的质量比为7∶3,反应时间40min,反应温度为65°C。研究结果表明,由最佳工艺制备的SBS防水涂料的吸水率为15.26%,附着力1级,热分解温度212.08°C,,具有较强的耐水性,良好的附着力和热稳定性。 A non-toxic and environmental friendly waterproof coating was prepared with good water resistance, adhesion and thermal stability, appropriate price and easy production process. Different types of tackifying resins and solvents were selected, and the effects of ratio of solvents, ratio of tackifying resins, reaction time and temperature on the water absorption rate and adhesion of styrene-butadienestyrene (SBS)waterproof coating were studied. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: mass ratio of terpene resin to petroleum resin 3:1, mass ratio of the mixture solution of ethyl acetate and toluene to 120# gasoline 7:3, reaction time 40 min and temperature 65℃. Research results proved that the SBS waterproof coating prepared according to the optimal process has good water resistance, adhesion and thermal stability, and with a water absorption rate of 15.26%, adhesion strength 1 grade and thermal decomposition temperature 212.08℃.
