摘要
以无蜜腺性状特征陆地棉97014和有蜜腺棉TM-1为材料,对其形态学、细胞学特征进行观察,发现,97014叶片中脉、花萼和苞叶上都缺少蜜腺,成熟叶片叶脉、花萼和苞叶上均无蜂窝状凹陷,叶片除了缺少叶蜜腺外,其他结构与TM-1基本一致;97014缺少蜜腺组织结构,在蜜腺着生处为排列整齐的薄壁细胞,且在下表皮无凹陷的组织结构和褐色的蜜腺分泌物.
Morphological and cytological characteristics were studied by taking nectariless traits cotton （97014） and nectary cotton（TM-1 ） as materials. The main results indicated that the other structure of calyx and bract of cotton line 97014 was in agreement with TM-1 except the nectaries being short in the main nervation. Alveolate hollow was absent in main nervation of the mature leaf. There were no nectaries on the leaf of nectariless line, but all other morphological features are almost the same. 97014 lacked nectariferous structure and with parenchyma cells aligned in nectary inserted, cupped structure and brown nectariferous substance on the lower epidermis were not found.
