摘要
采用常规水蒸气蒸馏法,提取广玉兰叶精油。利用GC-MS分析,分离出50多个组分,鉴定出45个化合物,主要成分是反式斯巴醇、β-榄烯、11-桉叶二烯,(4aS-顺)-2,4a,5,6,7,8,9,9a-八氢-3,5,5-三甲基-9-亚甲基苯并环庚烯、τ-榄香烯、α-石竹烯、柏木烯醇、异香橙烯环氧物、喇叭烯氧化物-(II)等,占总峰面积的90%。由此确定出广玉兰叶精油所含的化学成分,可以为合理开发利用广玉兰资源提供科学依据。
The essential oil was extracted from the leaf of magnolia grandiflora L by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The results showed that 45 compounds from 50 peaks which accounted for 90% of total peak area were identified, including (-)-spathulenol, β-elemene, eudesma-4 (14), 11-diene, 1H-benzocycloheptene, 2,4a,5,6,7,8,9,9a-octahydro-3,5,5-trimethyl-9-methylene- , (4aS-cis)- , τ-elemene, α-caryophyllene, cedrenol, isoaromadendrene epoxide, Ledene oxide-(II).The obtained results provided a scientific basis for rational development and utilization of the Magnolia grandiflora L.
