摘要
将48枚种蛋随机分为4组,孵育5d,然后把含有不同剂量的麦考酚酸(MPA)的滤纸圆片置于鸡胚尿囊膜(CAM)上。继续孵育48h后,在体视显微镜下观察CAM血管生长情况。结果表明8、4、2μg/egg剂量的MPA都能不同程度地抑制CAM的血管生成,并呈正相关。为MPA作为抗血管生成药物的研究奠定良好的基础。
To investigate the antiangiogenesis effect of the mycophenolic acid(MPA) on chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM).Hatching eggs were randomly divided into four groups, after incubating for 5 days, MPA or 1% DMSO were added to the carrier which was putted on the surface of chick chorioallantoic membrance (CAM) respectively.Local vessel density was measured under stereo microscope.Results showed MPA at 8,4,2μg/egg decreased the density of local blood vessels with a dose-dependent.MPA significantly inhibited chicken CAM angiogenesis.
