摘要
以野生油茶幼苗为材料,研究铝对油茶叶片光合作用特性的影响。结果表明,低浓度铝处理促进了油茶叶片叶绿素a、b的合成和气孔导度、净光合速率的增加,高浓度的铝处理抑制了油茶叶片叶绿素a、b的合成,降低了气孔导度和净光合速率,胞间CO2浓度在不同铝浓度处理下变化不大,光合速率的变化影响油茶生物量的积累。说明低浓度的铝能促进油茶幼苗的光合作用,高浓度铝抑制了油茶的光合作用。
The effects of aluminum with different concentrations on photosynthetic characters of wild young leaves of Camellia oleifera Abel were studied.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, b, stomata conductance and net photosyn-thetic rate were increased under low Al concentration and decreased when Al concentration increased.The biomass accumulation of Camellia oleifera Abel was affected by photosynthetic rate.There was little difference of intercellular CO2 concentration among different aluminum treatments.It suggested that Al with low concentration could promote the photosynthesis of Camellia oleifera Abel.
