摘要
随着生物-心理向生理-心理-社会医学模式的转变,为了更好地适应新时期护理模式对护理人员多元化的高素质要求,培养德才兼备的实用型护理人才至关重要。由于老年患者多惠有多器官疾病,通过培养护生临床思维能力,对初进老年病房实习的护生进行护理操作及理论考核,与出科时相比较,成绩明显提高,老年患者满意率及临床护理质量随之提高,带教老师的自身素质和带教水平也显著提高。
Objective： With the conversion of the medical model from the biological - to the physiological and psychological - psychology - social, in order to fit in with the wide range of high quality requirements better for the care model on a nursing staff in a new neriod, it is essential to train talented person with practical ability and political integrity . Since many elderly patients are suffered from multiple organ disease,the performance is significantly improved by trainning the nursing Students＇ practical ability and political integrity, early into the old ward of the nursing students for nursing practice and theory of operation assessment, and course completion when compared to results significantly higher rate of patient satisfaction and the elderly improve clinical quality of care along with teaching teachers to teach their own level of quality and with significantly increased.
