关节镜辅助下空心钉治疗前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折的效果观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨关节镜辅助下空心钉治疗前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折的疗效.方法 2006年4月-2009年12月,应用关节镜辅助下空心钉治疗前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折29例,全部患者术后定期摄正侧位X线平片以判定骨折愈合情况,并定期随访.结果 所有骨折均骨性愈合,膝关节活动度正常27例;屈膝受限者2例,但屈膝度数超过90°.X线示：25例解剖复位,4例未能解剖复位,边缘有小碎片翘起,但没有髁间窝撞击.前抽屉试验及Lachman检查稳定性良好.结论 关节镜辅助下空心钉治疗前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折是一种疗效好、简便、可靠的手术方法.
