超超广谱β-内酰胺酶(SSBL)的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)和头孢菌素酶(AmpC酶)是革兰阴性杆菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药的主要机制.若细菌同时产ESBLs和质粒介导AmpC酶称为超超广谱β-内酰胺酶(Super-spectrum β-Lactamase,SSBL)[1],该类菌株的耐药性更强,传播更容易,令相应细菌耐药的控制极为棘手.SSBL菌导致的感染,唯一可用的抗生素是碳青霉烯类抗生素.
