摘要
山竹是一种常见的热带植物,是印尼、马来西亚和泰国等东南亚国家的传统药用植物,被当地人广泛用于治疗腹痛、腹泻、白血病、败血症等疾病,富含黄酮类、多酚、蛋白质和脂类。因其具有良好的抗氧化活性、抗菌、抗炎及抗过敏的功效,日益受到医药学界的重视,其提取物在国外已被产业化并应用于化妆品行业。现重点介绍目前国内外对山竹化学成分、抗氧化活性等多方面的最新研究进展。希望借此引起国内重视,加大对山竹诸多有效化学组分的研究,并充分结合临床,尽快用于治疗和预防相关疾病。
Garcinia mangostana is one of common tropical fruits cultivated in tropical rainforest regions,such as Indonesia,Malaysia and Thailand.In theses countries it has been used as traditional medicines for the treatment of abdominal pain,diarrhea,leukemia and septicemia.It contains rich flavones,polyphenols,proteins and lipids.Now Garcinia mangostana has drawn increasing attention from the medicinal field for its anti-oxidative,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-anaphylactic actions.The extracts of Garcinia mangostana have been industrialized and used in overseas cosmetics industry.In this article,we emphasize on the research progress of its components,and its anti-oxidative,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-anaphylactic,immune and antibeoplastic actions.It is expected that more attention will be paid to the component research of Garcinia mangostana,as well as its possible clinical use for treating and preventing diseases.
