摘要
现阶段,我国正大力实施城乡一体化规划和建设社会主义新农村,作为是连结城市和乡村的桥梁与纽带——小城镇建设正面临前所未有的发展机遇。本文结合笔者多年城市规划设计实践,详细总结分析阐述了小城镇规划与建设中存在的诸多问题及应对措施,并对新时期背景下小城镇规划与建设的具体思路和建议进行了深入探讨。
