摘要 针对我国当前"低碳建筑"的发展和建筑碳排放度量指标的研究现状,提出应从方案阶段开始,将BIM(建筑信息模型)技术与建筑能量、碳排放分析相结合进行低碳建筑设计这一新方法。在方案设计阶段,利用虚拟建筑模型所包含的建筑信息,实现自动识别、实时分析,得到建筑能耗及碳排放的直观结果,让建筑师专注于设计本身,找到更有效减少建筑碳排放量的设计策略,实现"低碳建筑"的目标。 Based on China's current knowledge of low-carbon building and its recent development as well as the current situation of the research on buildings' carbon emission indictor,this article puts forward that low-carbon building design should start from the initial design stage,and integrate BIM technology with building energy and carbon emission analysis in order to apply the new low-carbon building design.During the initial design stage,we can make use of all the building information contained in the Virtual Building Model,and,through automatic recognition and timely analysis,obtain the direct results about building energy consumption and carbon emission,let the architects concentrate on the design itself,and finally find out the design scheme that can reduce carbon emission more efficiently so as to realize the aim of low-carbon building design.
