摘要
用扫描电镜观察了芹菜(Apiumgraveolens)、蕹菜(Ipomoeaalba)、辣椒(Capsiumannuum)3种植物根瘤的内生菌.在这3种植物的根瘤内生菌里发现了菌丝、泡囊、孢囊和孢子等结构.另外,在蕹菜根瘤内生菌里还发现了拟类菌体结构.经初步鉴定这3种植物的根瘤内生菌为弗兰克氏菌(Frankia).
The endophytes of Apium agaveolens、Ipomoea alba and Capsium annuum were observed by scanning electron microscope. Hyphae、vesicles、sporangia and spores were found in the endophytes of the three root nodules. Bacteroid-like cells were also found in the root nodules of the Ipomoea alba . The endophytes were identified somehow as Frankia.
