摘要
该文总结了我国对于建筑遗产价值评价的研究现状,分析了影响建筑遗产价值的因素,并且着重探讨了建筑遗产价值评价的方法。选取了可能用于建筑遗产价值评价的多指标综合评价方法进行阐述,并根据建筑遗产的特性建立了相关方法的改进模型。
This paper has Summed up the value of our architectural heritage for the Evaluation,analysis of the factors affecting the value of architectural heritage,and focuses on the architectural heritage value appraisal side of the law.Selected architectural heritage value could be used to evaluate the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method described and in accordance with the characteristics of architectural heritage and established a method of improving the model.
