摘要
小牛胸腺经酸抽提、热变性、超过滤和DEAE-C柱层析分离后，得到胸腺素的三个主要组分：T1、T2和T3。其中T1组分生物活力较高（其相对生物活力是粗提液的181.8倍），其分子量为5.3Kd，等电点为5.5。
T1、T2 and T3 , three major constituents of thymosin, were purified by acid extraction, heat dematuration, ultrafiltration and DEAE-cellulose chromatography form bovine thymus tissue. T1 showed very high biological activity, its relative bioactivity was 181 times more active than crude extracts'by E-rosette assay. T1 had a molecular weight of 5.3Kd and an isoelectric point of 5.5.
