摘要
针对管式间接蒸发冷却器,进行了水平单管外流动水膜与横掠空气之间对流传质的实验测定,获得了实验关系式.实验结果表明,管外水膜流动状况对传质系数有较大的影响.这说明以往根据Lewis关系式,用空气横掠光管时的对流换热系数推算有流动水膜存在时的对流传质系数是不够准确的,计算结果相差70%~160%.
Convective mass transfer for the cross flow of air with water film outside the tube wall is analyzed for an indirect evaporative cooler with a horizontal tube. Experiment correlation is established for the convective mass transfer coefficient and shows that applying the Lewis relation to calculate the convective mass transfer coefficient is not accurate with discrepancies ranging from 70% to 160%.
