摘要
认为环境的自然变化具有周期性，近代以来由于人类作用力的加大，产生各种各样重大的环境问题，而促使可持续发展在世界上形成共识，探讨了从生态学原理和系统论方法论构建可持续发展的基本理论框架。
Natural change has the property of cyclicity, with the enhancement of human action on nature in recent period, various serious environmental problems have been caused. Sustainable development is becoming the common understanding over the world. In this paper, some basic theoretical frameworks of sustanable development are constructed according to ecology and systematology. It is considered that high quality of faculty are the key to sustainable development.
