摘要
现代条件下的海上作战行动中,对水面舰船目标进行毁伤评估(BDA)的一个重要目的是为制订再次打击计划提供决策参考。根据系统学的原理,对现代水面作战舰艇目标毁伤后的整体作战能力指标进行全方位解析。运用AHP法将系统目标作战能力指标的定量分析与综合毁伤程度评估的定性分析有机结合,从而获得对水面舰船目标毁伤效果的客观综合评价。结果表明,该评估方法简单有效,便于实际应用,其评估结论可作为指挥员决策依据。
As naval warfare became more complex,especially with the increased use of joint and combined forces,assessing battle damage became correspondingly more complicated.Assessing the damage effects of surface warship target plays a key role in re-attack recommendation.System principle was used to analyze the criteria of combat capability of a modern surface warship which has been damaged.To cope with the objective comprehensive evaluation of complexity system targets BDA,analytic hierarchical process(AHP)has been suggested to combine the qualitative analysis of combat capability and quantitative analysis of damage effect assessment.The results of an example indicated that this method is effective and available,and can be used to give a recommendation to commanders.
