妇女绝经后骨质疏松腰部疼痛的治疗 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨绝经后妇女无外伤腰背部疼痛与骨质疏松的关系。方法回顾分析2008年6月至2009年6月门诊治疗34例无外伤史绝经后妇女患者出现腰背部疼痛的原因及治疗方法。结果绝经后妇女无外伤史腰背部疼痛患者,腰背部疼痛的原因大多数是由骨质疏松所引起。结论绝经后妇女无外伤史腰背部疼痛的原因大多数是由于骨质疏松所造成,在治疗时应同时进行抗骨质疏松治疗才能收到较好的治疗效果。
