闭合复位股骨绞锁钉固定微创治疗股骨干骨折的临床应用

摘要 目的:探讨微创内固定治疗股骨干骨折的方法及优点。方法:本组共47例患者,男34例,女13例,年龄14~54岁,平均年龄37.5岁。均为闭合性骨折,全部病例均选择股骨干中段和中上段横行或小斜形骨折。内固定器械为股骨带锁髓内钉28例,梅花针19例。结果:47例随访12个月~19年,平均16年。术后1个月已见有骨痂生长,平均骨折愈合时间3.5个月,平均离床时间12天。仅l例因髓内钉偏细折断骨折不愈合,占2.1%。无1例感染。结论:微创内固定治疗股骨干骨折可以减少因骨折切开复位内固定引起的感染,减少因切开复位使骨折端局部环境破坏而导致的骨折不愈合率,可明显减轻病人因开刀所导致的痛苦,使骨折愈合时间缩短,术后恢复快,降低残疾率,是一项应大力开展的有效方法。
