摘要
目的:分析老年糖尿病患者以神经系统为首发症状的低血糖症的临床表现、病因。方法:收集因出现神经系统表现按脑梗死收入院的老年糖尿病患者16例。结果:16例患者均因低血糖出现神经系统表现,其中偏瘫14例,病理征16例,昏迷7例,抽搐1例,记忆力减退反应迟钝5例,仅2例出现心悸出汗。结论:对于老年糖尿病患者出现不明原因昏迷或急性瘫痪时除常规考虑急性脑血管病外,高度警惕低血糖。
Objective：To analyse clinical manifestation and etiology of neurological system symptoms caused by hypoglycemia in elder diabetes.Methods：There were sixteen diabetes patients who had neurological symptoms admitted by cerebral infarction.Results：All patients had neurological system symptoms caused by hypoglycemia,fourteen for paralysis,sixteen for Barbinski＇s sign,seven for coma and one for convulsion.Conclusion ：When there were unclear reasons for some coma or acute paralysis in elder diabetes,we should highly beware of hypoglycemia.
