摘要
研究了粉末冶金摩擦材料及对偶材料支承钢背镀层的热疲劳行为。结果表明,在反复急冷急热后,烧结对偶材料,采用镀铜再镀镍的钢背,在镀层处产生穿透性裂纹;采用镀镍的钢背,在镀层处产生非穿透性裂纹,裂纹随镀层厚度的增加而减少。烧结摩擦材料,无论是采用镀镍还是镀铜再镀镍的钢背都没有在镀层处发现热疲劳裂纹。
The heat fatigue of the coat of supporting steel back of the powder metalurgical friction material and rotator material was studied in this article. The results show that on the sintering rotator material, penetrative heat fatigue cracks were produced in steel back coat of Ni followed with Cu, nonpenetrative cracks only coat of Ni, and cracks were decreascd as thickness of coat increased. On the sintering friction material, heat fatigue cracks were not found in steel back coat of Ni or coat of Ni followed with Cu.
