摘要
基于汽爆麦草的特性,探索出适于麦草生物制浆的新途径.用汽爆麦秸作原料,由于含有大量的易利用半纤维素水解物,使纤维素降解降低,对木质素降解选择性提高.经过正交设计选择适宜的固态发酵条件,可以明显缩短生物作用周期,木质素降解率达到 60%,汽爆原料生物发酵周期缩短到5d,并且可以直接进行配浆抄纸.
A new production path of bio-pulp from steam exploded straws was investigated.Since steam exploded straw contains hemicellulose autohydrolysate, the decomposed rate of cellulose reduced and the decomposed rate of lignin increased when Phanerochate chrysospo- rium ME-446 was used as producing microorganism. The optimum conditions of solid state fermentation were selected using orthogonal design, under which the decomposed rate of lignin reached 60% after 5 days. The fermentation straw residue can be used as the meterial of paper-making directly.
