摘要
张力减径机轧辊要求工作层具有高而均衡的红硬性，高的耐热性和良好的耐磨性及耐蚀性。本院研制的硬质合金辊套用于宝钢无缝管厂生产直径７２ｍｍ的钢管，各项技术指标及使用寿命均达到进口轧辊的水平。本文扼要介绍了硬质合金辊套的性能、生产工艺及试用结果。
The large diameter cemented carbide roller ring has been manufactured and used in the tensile reducing diameter mills in Baoshan steel factory to produced 72 steel tube. The rolling results show that it has a remarkable advantage in resistance to wear,corrosion and heat cracks compared with the traditional cast roller. Its performance and service-life have come up to the level of the imported roller.
