摘要
本文以多侧浇口进料为例详细阐述了MPI／Fill的作用，通过应用MOLDFLOW／MPI软件对复杂壳体件模具进行CAE流动分析，显示了MOLDFLOW技术在模具开发过程中对于最佳浇口位置与浇口数量的确定、流道系统的布置、注身参数的优化、模具一次试模成功率等方面所起到的突出作用。
With the multi side gates enter material as an example, the functions of MPI/Flow are stated in detail. The CAE analysis of MPI/Flow has been made on the mould for the complicated shell by MOLDFLOW/MPI software.The analysis result shows prominent actions of MOLDFLOW technics in the injection mould development,on the aspects of the best gate position and amounts＇ ascertainment ,the distributing of feed system,the optimization of injection parameters,the success probability of test-mould once.
