摘要
文中给出了包钢转炉物料平衡、热平衡及主要技术经济指标结果，并根据这些测定结果剖析了转炉设备结构、吹炼操作、工艺流程与生产管理存在问题，提出了节能措施，对包钢转炉工序实现“零能、负能炼钢”具有实用价值。
This paper provides material balance, heat balance and some major economic and technological indexes of converter in Baotou Iron & Steel Corporation.According to these results, the problems occuring in converter structure, blowing operation, production process and management are also analyzed. Finally, it puts forward that the measures of energy saving will be of practical value to realiza zero-energy and minus-energy consumption steelmaking process in Baotuo Iron & Steel Corporation.
