摘要
通过对钒铁冶炼贫化还原过程的分析 ,针对钒铁冶炼的特点 ,提出并使用了物化性能更加适合钒铁冶炼的专用贫化还原剂代替铝冶炼钒铁 ,经工业生产试用验证 ,可大幅度降低钒铁冶炼的铝耗 ,取得较好的经济效益。
By analysing lean reduction process of ferrovanadium smelting,in view of characteristics of the smelting,it puts forward that smelting ferrovanadium with special lean reductant with better physical and chemical properties rather than aluminum can greatly reduce aluminum consumption in the smelting and can achieve remarkable economic results verified by industrial trial production.
