一种新型高压变频器的输出谐波仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 大功率高压变频器由于其在谐波、功率因数、转矩脉动和共模电压等各方面的优点被广泛的应用于工业领域。本文利用Matlab仿真软件中的Simulink建立了高压变频器仿真模型,对采用多电平移向式PWM控制技术带电动机负载的高压变频器稳态运行情况进行了仿真,仿真结果表明三电平PWM电压源型高压变频器的输出谐波主要集中在6000Hz左右的高频范围内。利用电动机对高频谐波感抗很大的特点,在很宽的调速范围内,保持输出电压、电流的谐波和电动机转矩脉动都很小。 High-power high-voltage inverter has been widely employed in industrial field,with the advantages it has in harmonics,power factor,torque ripple,common-mode voltage and so on.In this paper,a high-voltage inverter simulation model has been established by Simulink,a branch of Matlab simulation software,and simulated steady-state operation of Multi-level PWM control techniques to the type of high-voltage inverter with a motor load,simulation results show that the three-level PWM voltage source High-voltage inverter output harmonic concentrated in the high frequency range of about 6000Hz,using the feature that the motor has very high inductance to harmonics with very high frequency,the converter can keep the harmonics of output voltage and current,torque pulsation of motor very small within the very wide scope of changing velocity because of its special construction.
