摘要
研究了基于虚拟可编程控制器的机械手仿真控制问题。利用虚拟现实技术,创建了三自由度机械手的三维仿真环境,阐述了虚拟可编程控制器与虚拟机械手之间的通讯。在此基础上,开发了面向三维机械手的虚拟交互仿真系统。仿真实验的结果表明该系统具有良好的人机界面,能用于机械手的控制仿真。
The thesis studied critical points for simulation control of manipulator with virtual programmable logical controller.Based on virtual reality,the three-dimensional simulation environment was constructed for manipulator with three degrees of freedom,and communication between virtual programmable logical controller and virtual manipulator was mainly discussed.Then the virtual simulation system for Three-dimensional Manipulator was developed.The results of experiments show that the system has good man-machine interface and could be used for PLC control of manipulator.
