摘要
提出了一种生产铝氧化物弥散强化铜合金的简化工艺，并讨论了该工艺的各工业化过程参数对合金力学性能和电学性能的影响。工业化开发结果表明热等静压代替内氧化加致密化压制是可行的。
Abstract A simplified process of manufacturing aluminium oxide dispersion strengthened copper alloy has been proposed in this paper, and the influence of each process parameter of the simplified industrial production flow on the alloy’s mechanical properties and electrical property has been discussed. The industrial development results have proved the possibility that the hot isotatic pressing can substitute for the internal oxidation process and compacting process.
