摘要
本文研究了现阶段影响图书馆利用率的一些因素,探索了进一步提高图书馆利用率、挖掘图书馆价值的方法。
This paper studies some factors which affect the utilization rate of libraries at present and probes the methods of improving further the utilization rate of libraries and giving full play to the value of libraries.
