摘要
我所钛管,长期以来主要靠冷轧变形的办法生产,该法周期长,效益低。为了克服这些缺点,采用了对钛管表面作预氧化膜处理及配制适当的润滑剂,实现了小口径薄壁钛管拉拔变形,取得了良好的效果与经济效益。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of long working cycle and low efficiency of the cold rolling process,the author gives a pretreatment to the tube blanks by forming an oxide film on it and cold draw it with properly made up lubricant.By so doing,titanium tube of small calibre and thin wall is fabricated with high efficiency and good economical results.
