摘要
根据溪洛渡右岸电站送电广东±500kV同塔双回直流输电工程2回直流共起点,共落点,共换流站,共用交流场设备,共用接地极等特点,论述了其直流控制系统的分层结构、功能归属配置、2回直流间的协调控制功能及后备无功功率控制功能的配置,并提出了3种可行的功能和硬件分层结构方案,进行了技术性能比较分析,最终推荐直流控制系统设置独立的双回直流控制层(站控制层)、双极控制层和极控层设备的方案为最优方案。
In ±500 kV DC power transmission project from right bank hydropower station in Xiluodu to Guangdong province, following technologies, such as the transmission line structure of double DC circuit on the same tower, common starting point and ending point for both DC lines, common converter station and sharing equipments in UHVAC yard, are adopted. The hierarchical structure of DC control system for this project, the configuration and jurisdiction of control functions, the coordinative control between two DC transmission circuits and the configuration of backup reactive power control function are discussed, and three kinds of feasible hierarchical structural schemes are proposed and related technical comparison among these schemes are performed. According to comparison results the scheme, a DC control system, which consists of an independent DC controlling hierarchy for double circuit lines, i.e., the control in station hierarchy, a bi-pole control hierarchy and pole control and converter control hierarchy, is recommended as optimal scheme.
