摘要
本文提出精密检测空间分度凸轮机构分度精度和运动参数的测量方法,介绍了应用机电一体化和自动控制技术实现对机构性能实时动态测试的软硬件构成原理。实验和试用表明研制的检测系统具有较高的可靠性和测试精度。
This paper develops a measurement method which can be used for precisely measuring the indexing precision and the movement parameters of space indexing cam rnechanisms. It also introduces the principle of the systein to realize the real-time measurernent for the dynamic properties of the mechanisms with the applicathion of mechano-electronic intergration and automatic control technology. The comparison with experimental datum shows that the developed system is of high reliabillty and testing accuracy.
