放疗前后非小细胞肺癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子的表达水平及临床意义 被引量:7

Expression and significance of serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with non-small cell lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy

摘要 目的:通过检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者放疗前后血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化,探讨VEGF与放疗的关系及其临床意义。方法:ELISA法测定35例NSCLC患者放疗前后VEGF含量,并与21例正常人做比较。结果:NSCLC患者放疗前血清VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),放疗后较前明显下降(P<0.05);放疗3个月后,未复发组23例,治疗3个月后血清VEGF含量已基本恢复至正常组水平(P>0.05),放疗后复发和转移组(复发组)10例,其血清VEGF含量较治疗前有大幅下降(P<0.05),但与未复发组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗3个月后,复发组血清VEGF恢复到治疗前水平(P>0.05),与未复发组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC患者血清中VEGF水平明显增高,放疗后明显下降,并与NSCLC患者病情进展密切相关,可作为一种辅助诊断及有价值的预后参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) undergoing radiotherapy, and to explore the relationship between VEGF levels and efficacy of radiotherapy. Methods Serum level of VEGF was determined by sandwich enzyme linked immuno-adsorbent assay (ELISA) in 35 patients with NSCLC and 21 healthy controls. Results Serum level of VEGF in patients with NSCLC was significantly higher than that in controls before radiotherapy (P 〈 0.05), and was significantly decreased after radiotherapy (P 〈 0.05). 23 cases had no recurrence 3 months after radiotherapy, and the serum level of VEGF had been restored to the normal level (P 〉 0.05) after and 3 months after radiotherapy. 10 cases had recurrence after radiotherapy, and the serum level of VEGF was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05), and was significantly different from that in non-relapse group (P 〈 0.05). 3 months after radiotherapy, serum level of VEGF was restored to the level before radiotherapy (P 〉 0.05), and was significantly different from that in non-relapse group. Conclusion Serum level of VEGF is significantly increased in patients with NSCLC, and is decreased after radiotherapy, and is closely related to disease progression, which could be used as a complementary diagnostic and prognostic value of reference.
