介绍输电线路风偏计算软件设计的理论依据、模块划分、计算流程,以及软件的开发实施。通过软件的使用,减少以往手工计算风偏的工作量,提高计算的速度和精确度,为及时防止风偏闪络事故的发生提供理论的依据。
Describes the theoretical basic, module division, calculation processes and implementation of the calculation software of overhead power transmission line's wind angle, through the use of the software, reduces the workload of manual calculation, increases the computation speed and ac- curacy, provides a theoretical basis for the timely prevention of overhead power transmission line's wind angle.
